Ripples in the
fabric of space
as if cosmic waves
of particles on
a string or angels
dancing on the head
of a pin that toil
and spin over quantum
fields of majesty echoes
in the dark last night
when the world
was young and you
appeared in my dreams
announcing prophecies
while waxing scientific
about realities that go
unseen to the naked eye
like the watcher in the sky
with diamonds and pearls
signposts of eternal time
before the fall from grace
