Sirens of the sea of Tiberias
or Galilee stirring us just a
closer walk with Thee after
drifting too far from shore
while sailing beyond the
breakers as seagulls circle
back home over the bay by
the pool of Bethesda where
peaceful wounded warriors
pray to be healed but all you
need is love and faith will
pull you though if not fill
the heart, the mind, body
and soul with joy to the
world, joy to you and me
the fishes the deep blue sea
the clear blue sky where the
archangels sing and doves
cry I’ll be all right someday
