Flower Blossom

She found a place in my heart
as if a flower blossom landing
softly floating down sent from
above like an angel or a dove
reminding me of the way back
home after drifting too far from
shore lost in stormy seas of
destiny or fate on the way to
heaven’s gate or another
peaceful place where we
find each other eternally
free from all fears
and anxieties newborn into
this reality here, now, true
blue beginners on the run
around cycles of time where
we once met before or so
it seems oh, these precious
memories are made of bliss
and happiness to be ultimately
concerned for the wellbeing
of another the core of our
humanity if not heavenly as
agape in a spiritual way as
choirs chant in perfect harmony

drum beating in the base of our
hearts as love rises within us
again on a flower blossom
